Closing in 1,000 2021 renewals

As a small celebration, we will be drawing at random a prize winner from the first 1,000 2021 Season Ticket holders, they will be given a signed Tiger ball.

After 2020 season ticket holders selected one of three options for next year – DONATE, DISCOUNT or REFUND – the club’s ticketing staff have now begun contacting ticket holders to further discuss their circumstances for 2021, as well as to renew season tickets and take payments where applicable.

This process will take place over the phone only at this stage. Season Ticket renewals can only be processed via the Season Ticket Office over the phone, and not at our retail stores in Carlton Lanes Shopping Centre or Xscape Yorkshire.

Season Ticket holders will be able to renew for next season over the phone or join the club’s popular six-month direct debit scheme.

Since this progress began last week, nearly 1,000 fans have already renewed for the 2021 campaign, whilst the waiting list for fans wishing to become a new season ticket holder next year is also growing with almost 350 fans registering.

The 2021 Betfred Super League season will start in March, in the event of reduced capacities, season ticket holders will be given first priority in attending matches should capacities be reduced at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle and therefore the club is only allowing current season ticket holders to renew for next year at this stage.

However, with the Government confirming plans to allow up to 4,000 spectators at matches subject to the Covid restrictions in the area, the club now has the confidence to allocate this amount of season ticket and passholder sales for 2021.

Whilst 2020 ticket holders will have the option of renewing first, once they confirm their intention not to renew for 2021 their season tickets will be reallocated to those on the waiting list in the order that fans registered their details. 

2021 season tickets for new season ticket holders will be available at 2020 prices, with a six-month direct debit scheme available to spread the cost. 

New season ticket cards will be issued to all new season ticket holders, but 2020 ticket holders are asked to retain their cards as these will be reused for the 2021 campaign.
