Executive & Club Administrator

Castleford Tigers are seeking an Executive & Club Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support across the senior leadership team and wider club operations.

Role Purpose

This role acts as the administrative backbone of the club, ensuring senior leaders are supported, information flows smoothly, and the club operates in an organised and professional manner. The position also provides a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support
- Diary management and meeting coordination for senior leaders
- Preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes
- Tracking actions and follow-ups

Club Administration
- General administrative support across departments
- Maintain central records and documentation
- Support internal communications

Reception & Front-of-House Duties
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Manage reception area and incoming correspondence
- Coordinate meeting rooms and hospitality

Person Specification

Essential:
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role
- Professional and confident communication style
- Strong organisational skills

Desirable:
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams
- Experience in a fast-paced organisation or sport
- Confidence handling sensitive information
