Charity walk to the Hill Dickinson

Castleford Tigers fan Glyn Jepson is raising funds for The Prince of Wales Hospice & The Tigers Trust this summer…All he has to do is walk between the OneBore stadium and the Hill Dickinson stadium in Liverpool!

Ahead of Magic Weekend, Glyn, hopefully along with a team of dedicated fans from Cas Tigers will celebrate our centenary year by walking the 100 miles between the two venues, starting on 1st July and 5th July as Ryan Carr’s men will be gearing up to face Wakefield.

Glyn said, “It’s been 4 years since my fundraising bike ride to Toulouse. It would be good to raise more than the £10,000 raised last time around and I’d love to be joined by as many Cas fans as possible as we look to raise money for two amazing charities.

It’s going to be very hard, but also great fun and very rewarding. There is no doubt that it is going to be harder than I first thought though, now I’ve started doing some training walks. However, I’m confident of at least making it to the first pub on the first day!”

If you would like to support and take part in the walk too, please email foundation@castigers.com or events@pwh.org.uk

If you would like to donate to raise money for The Prince's Hospice or the Tigers Trust, you can do so here.
