VACANCY: Media Executive

Location: Castleford
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, competitive salary 
Reporting to: Head of Media

Castleford Tigers are seeking a Media Executive to produce content for the club across the sporting and corporate sides of the business. Videography skills, ability to edit and the ability to post on social media is essential. 

Role Purpose

Our aim is to continue to grow the Club's social media numbers to ensure we meet our IMG targets. The candidate will also support Castleford Tigers' marketing and commercial campaigns, and a matchday role is expected. 

Key Responsibilities

Work closely, based on the Club's content strategy, across the following departments:

• Men's first team 
• Academy
• Foundation/Women's first team & PDRL teams 
• Commercial department 
• Ticketing 
• Marketing 

Skills required:

• Content creation, editing and scheduling high quality and relevant content for Castleford Tigers social media channels. 
• Tracking the performance of content and recommending ways to optimise campaigns
• Client relationship skills- both internally and externally, the ideal candidate will need the ability to work well with others, at times against tight deadlines. 
• Content Management: There will need to be an ability to operate CMS and CRM systems for websites and ideally email marketing
