Tigers sign George Hirst on loan

Castleford Tigers are pleased to announce the signing of George Hirst on a one-month loan deal.

Primarily a second-rower, the Welshman also has experience as a centre, along with at prop and loose-forward.

He joined Wigan Warriors ahead of the 2025 season on a two-year deal with a further year option after playing for Oldham RLFC, and returned to the club on a loan deal on their way to the RFL Championship play-offs.
