VACANCY: Partnerships Executive

Department: Commercial
Reports to: Commercial Director
Location: The Onebore Stadium, Castleford
Role Type: Full-time (matchday and evening/weekend work required)
Role Purpose
The Partnerships Executive is responsible for managing, retaining and growing commercial
partnerships at Castleford Tigers, helping to drive revenue and deliver value for partners across the
season.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
• Day-to-day management of commercial partners
• Delivery of sponsorship rights and assets
• Building strong, trusted relationships
Commercial Growth
• Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support new business pitches and proposals
Matchday & Activation
• Deliver partner activations on matchdays
• Host partners professionally at the stadium
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, hospitality and operations teams
• Maintain accurate partner records
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and flexibility
Desirable
• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship or sales
• Experience in sport, hospitality or events
• CRM experience

• Relationship-led and professional
• Proactive and resilient
