In Memory of Martin Dean

Today we welcomed close friends of the late Martin Dean to the Tigers to meet Fletcher Rooney, who they will be sponsoring in memory of Martin for the 2026 season. Martin was a devoted Tigers fan from a young age and spent many years attending every game until he was sadly diagnosed with terminal cancer last year.

Following Martin’s passing, his friends from the Railway family rallied together to raise enough money to ensure his name lives on at his beloved Castleford Tigers. We would like to thank them for their incredible support and look forward to Fletcher flying the flag in Martin’s memory next season.
