Paul McShane joined the Tigers during the 2015 season on a two and half year deal that saw Tigers hooker Scott Moore move the other way to Wakefield Trinity.
McShane made his Super League debut for Leeds Rhinos in 2009 after joining from Hunslet Hawks at just 16 and rising through the Academy ranks.
He played 63 times for the Rhinos before moving to Wakefield in 2013. McShane was ever-present in 2015 during Wakefield’s torrid season.
During his time at Leeds, he spent time on loan at Hull FC and Widnes Vikings and despite only being 25 he is already a veteran of more than 100 Super League games
Paul has impressed in his time with the Tigers. In 2016, he was asked to fill in at half back after injuries to a number of key players, and he more than held his own in this position.
