Adam joined the club as a youngster from Stanley Rangers and made his first team debut in 2010. Since then, he's established himself as a key figure within the side, switching from his original position at hooker to loose forward in recent years. A tough tackler with a strong work rate in midfield, Milner is often utilised a link up man between the forwards and backs, with his ball-playing skills key to this Castleford side.
