With the Tigers now set to take on Wigan on Saturday, Sky Sports are looking for key workers to be part of their live fan zone on TV.

Castleford Tigers will face Wigan Warriors at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Saturday, kick-off at 4.15pm, and much like our previous two matches broadcast on Sky Sports following the restart, we need fans to represent the Fords faithful on their live broadcast!

However, Sky is dedicating this round of the fan zone to the supporters who have kept the country going during the Covid-19 pandemic – key workers. Key workers such as NHS staff members, teachers, child carers, social workers, supermarket staff, delivery workers or emergency services. We would love to have you take part as a small thank you!

Don’t worry if you’re not a big talker there won’t be any talking necessary, but we do hope you’ll react with plenty of enthusiasm.

To get involved all you have to do is email fans@castigers.com and tell us - in 50 words or less, about your key worker role, why you and the people you’ll be watching the match with should be one our Super Fans live in Sky Sports' Fan Zone!

Please include:

  • your key worker role
  • your name
  • your age
  • who you will be watching the match with
  • your email address
  • your phone number

Entries for this week’s match, which will be a key workers only fan zone, will close on Thursday, 27th August at 5pm.

Castleford Tigers will choose the best entries and contact them on Thursday night or Friday morning.

*Persons under the age of 16 who wish to take part will need the permission of their parents/carers and will need to return a consent form prior to being shown on the broadcast.
