Club confirms ticket policy

Castleford Tigers has confirmed its ticket policy to supporters following the temporary suspension of the Betfred Super League season.

Yesterday, the Rugby Football League and Super League issued a joint statement suspending all fixtures initially until 3rd April following the latest Government advice regarding social contact and mass gatherings due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

This means that forthcoming first team fixtures against Salford Red Devils and Leeds Rhinos have been postponed, with further information on plans for the remainder of the season to be confirmed in due course.

All tickets purchased for the Salford and Leeds games, plus tickets purchased for any future game that may be postponed at a later date, will remain valid for the rearranged fixture.

The club recognises that these are tough and unprecedented times for the community as a whole and we appreciate your support and understanding.

The Tigers are currently exploring contingency plans during this difficult financial period and it would therefore ease the strain on the club if supporters retained purchased tickets at this time. Should supporters not be able to make any rearranged fixtures then full refunds will be issued in due course.

Tickets for future matches can still be purchased online at www.castlefordtigers.com/tickets and again will remain valid for whenever fixtures are held.
